Jeff Smith served a tour in the United States Air Force before beginning his career in the roofing industry. In 1996, he founded CenterPoint Roofing and Sheetmetal with a clear goal: build roofs the right way, using systems designed to last in Florida’s demanding climate.
For nearly three decades, CenterPoint has remained independently owned and operated, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, disciplined installation standards, and long-term reliability.
CenterPoint specializes in shingle, metal, and tile roofing systems for both residential and commercial projects. Our crews are dedicated to their specific roof types, ensuring consistent quality and proper installation on every job.
We focus on building durable, leak-resistant roofing systems while remaining practical and cost-conscious. CenterPoint carries full workers’ compensation and liability insurance and has been continuously licensed since 1996 — a distinction not all roofing contractors can claim.
